A leading intellectual property lawyer with a pragmatic perspective, Edward helps companies acquire, enforce and fully exploit their intellectual property assets across industries.


Edward was an adjunct professor at Osgoode Hall Law School (York University), where he co-developed and taught a new course to Osgoode Hall students, Legal Values: Commercializing Intellectual Property. He is also a regular guest lecturer to industry groups and professional organizations.


Prior to his legal career, Edward was a certified DB2 database administrator and application developer. He is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
