Nathan is a climate optimist, design thinker, and commercial strategist with expertise in alternative proteins and biomanufacturing. He believes we must relearn to live in reciprocity with nature – our collective futures depend on it – and that everything we produce, exchange, and consume should prioritize both human and planetary health. His mission is to make it fun, easy, and delicious to make more sustainable decisions.

Nathan has 3 years of experience in commercial strategy at AB InBev’s BioBrew, with technical and business know-how on developing bio-products from R&D to commercialization. As a Global Management Trainee graduate, he empathizes with and understands each step of the fermentation supply chain, from manufacturing to sales.
Nathan holds a B.S. in Environmental Engineering from Yale University with a certificate in Energy Studies.
